Can't Make Your Appointment?

On average every month, more than 4,000 patients were unable to keep their appointments. Because we did not hear from them, we were unable to reschedule that time for their fellow veterans. If you can't make your appointment, let us help you re-schedule.

Welcome Home

Come and join us on September 25th from 4-6 PM to listen to Brig. Gen. Craig McCord, and to enjoy some fun, music, food, games and more. If you have any questions, please contact the OEF/OIF Program Office at (816)922-2033.
