Can't Make Your Appointment?

On average every month, more than 4,000 patients were unable to keep their appointments. Because we did not hear from them, we were unable to reschedule that time for their fellow veterans. If you can't make your appointment, let us help you re-schedule.

Bring your VA ID Card
Wear an easily removable shirt so we can reach your upper arm
Please do not come if you are allergic to eggs or running a fever
Bring this information document

You can also get your flu shot at one of your regularly scheduled appointments beginning October 6th.
